   A public hearing for the purpose of re-applying for a Small Cities Community Development Block Grant in the amount of $400,000 with the Office of Community Renewal will be held at 7 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 26, 2009 at the Village Office. The purpose of this hearing will be to furnish the citizens with information concerning amounts available, the range of activities that may be undertaken, the Village proposed re-application and the views of the citizens of the Village on community development needs. The intended area targeted for the application is North Main Street from the center of the Village to the northern limits of the Village; Preston Street would also be included in the targeted area.

   Immediately following the public hearing will be a budget workshop on the 2009-2010 fiscal plan.
