   A second and final public hearing for the purpose of re-applying for a Small Cities Community Development Block Grant in the amount of $400,000 with the Office of Community Renewal will be held at 7 p.m. Thursday, March 12, 2009 at the Village Office. The purpose of this hearing will be to furnish the citizens with information concerning amounts available, the range of activities that may be undertaken, the Village proposed re-application and the views of the citizens of the Village on community development needs. The area targeted for the application is North Main Street from the center of the Village to the northern limits of the Village; Preston Street would also be included in the targeted area.
