The Board of Trustees will hold a brief public hearing at 7 p.m. to review the draft of Part 1 of the Full Environmental Assessment Form, in accordance with State Environmental Quality Review (SEQR) regulations 6 NYCRR Part 617, of the Village of Earlville’s proposed Water System Improvements Project. meet at 7 p.m. in the Village Office. This meeting is open to the public. Following the public hearing will be the regular monthly Board of Trustees meeting. All village residents are invited to attend.
