The Board Meeting will be held on Monday, November 10th at 7:00 PM. We will also be holding a Public Hearing on the Time Warner Franchise at 6:45 PM.
NOTICE OF PARKING VIOLATION CHANGES FROM THE VILLAGE OF EARLVILLE
From 1963- ARTICLE 8 Traffic Section l: All night parking
No vehicle shall be parked on any public highway or street within the corporate limits of the Village of Earlville, between the hours of 2 a.m. and 5 a.m. Any violators shall be subject to having said vehicle towed away and store until all towing and storage charges are paid.

At the Board Meeting of October 14, 2025 the Village Board passed Resolution 45-3 "The Village Board approves the increases in the following fines..."
As of November 1st, 2025, parking violation fines will be as follows:
April 2nd through October 31st - Parked on the street between the hours of 12am and 6am, will be a $35 fine.
November 1st through April 1st - Parked on the street between the hours of 12am and 6pm, will be a $75 fine.
The Village’s general, “No Parking,” violation will be a $75 fine.
Obstruction to fire house or fire hydrant will be a $75 fine.
Obstruction of street or sidewalk will be a $75 fine.
Non-handicapped parking in identifiable handicapped spot will stay $75.
At the Board Meeting of October 14, 2025 the Village Board passed Resolution 45-2 “Appointment of Dale Wissenbach and Mark Carpenter to Parking Enforcement Officer for the Village of Earlville” BE RESOLVED, that the Village of Earlville and the Board of Trustees hereby approve the appointment of Dale Wissenbach and Mark Carpenter to Parking Enforcement Officer for the Village of Earlville. This position gives the appointed employees full rights in writing and issuing parking violations in the Village of Earlville in accordance with Article 8, Section 3 “Parking in restricted areas…No automobile, car, truck or other vehicle either horse drawn or self-propelled shall be parked at any place within the village limits of the Village of Earlville whereby act of the Board of Trustees parking has been prohibited and where such restricted zones shall have been marked of and suitable signs erected as notices of such restriction, as well as no overnight parking on Village streets. This position will only be utilized during the appointed employee’s regularly scheduled work hours.
The Village has a new Code Enforcement Officer. David Smith can currently be reached at (315) 922-8393 for appointments.
Starting September 30th David will have office hours the 1st and 3rd Wednesday of every month from 2-4 pm at the Village Office.
On the 2nd and 4th Wednesday of every month office hours will be from 5-7pm at the Village Office.
Online Water Bill payment options have changed. To pay online with debit/credit cards or e-checks, click the "Pay Your Water Bill Online" button above. There is no longer an option for auto pay of bills.

The new WATER rates effective 4/8/2025:
The minimum rate for Village residential customers shall be $51.76 for the first 10,000 gallons of water. For each gallon used over 10,000 gallons, Village residents will be charged .009 cents per gallon PLUS a Debt Service Charge of $53.28
The minimum rate for Village commercial customers shall be $57.75 for the first 10,000 gallons of water. For each gallon used over 10,000 gallons, Village commercial customers will be charged an additional .009 cents per gallon PLUS a Debt Service Charge of $53.28
The minimum rate for Town of Hamilton, Town of Lebanon, Town of Sherburne and Town of Smyrna (non-Village) customers shall be $61.25 for the first 10,000 gallons of water. For each gallon used over 10,000 gallons Town customers will be charged an additional .009 cents per gallon PLUS a Debt Service Charge of $53.28
